    Everyone is different but many see results in just a few days! Some women need 5-7 days to see the full effect. We recommend that you take it for at least a week to see results.
  • How do I store my products?
    Candies can be stored in a dry place until the expiration date. Want to keep your candy for longer? do not worry). They can stay frozen for up to 6 months in the freezer!
  • Which product is best for me?
    How to choose between all of our delicious dessert options. Every mama reacts differently to our lactation therapies, and what works for some moms, may not work for others. Our signature chocolate nursing cookie is the most popular. We suggest you try one product at a time for at least 5-7 days to see what works best for you.
  • Do your meals contain dairy products?
    Yes ma'am, all of our products contain dairy products except for plant foods. All plant-based foods are dairy-free.

    Our vegan treats contain little or no sugar and are not derived from animal products.
  • What can you expect from our products when you are waiting for your due date?
    Congratulations Mama on your bundle of joy! Our treatments are safe during pregnancy. However, milk production is not stimulated until the placenta is delivered after your baby is born. Most mothers produce a lot of milk and it is best to wait until after giving birth to see how your body responds. If you want to increase your milk supply after giving birth, we have great lactation products!
  • May I eat one of each dessert?
    It's totally okay mama! We recommend eating 2 biscuits each day to increase your milk supply.
  • When does Milky Makers products expire?
    All of our desserts are freshly prepared in our kitchen in Dubai and sent to you fresh out of the oven. You will find the expiry date of your foods on the original packaging. When stored in a cool, dry, and dark place, the biscuits will last up to 3 weeks. Brownies can be eaten for up to 8 days. If you want to store the biscuits for a longer period, you can store them in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you get them out of the freezer, we suggest placing the candy in the freezer for a few hours, then transferring it to the surface to reach room temperature for best results.
  • What is the best way to store candy after opening the package?
    We recommend that mothers store candy in a cool, dark and dry place. Chocolate absorbs other flavours, so be sure to store it away from other strong aromas. Some moms like to keep cookies in the fridge, which is totally fine. We suggest storing them in a Tupperware tin, cookie tin, or a sealed plastic bag to ensure they don't get tainted by the strong flavors of other foods in your fridge. Or keep it in the freezer for up to 6 months!

  • Milky Makers to the rescue! How long will it take to notice a difference in my milk supply?
    Most mothers notice an increase in milk supply within a few hours, others may take a few days, while some do not notice a difference.
  • Is it guaranteed that your treatments will increase my milk supply?
    Every woman's body is unique, and they each have different reactions to candy. The result may vary, one treatment may work miracles for a mother while the other does not give the same result. You may want to try some of our products to find the right one for your body. If you believe you are experiencing persistent problems with your supply, please reach out to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to determine the root cause. Remember, lactation therapies do not replace expert advice from IBCLC.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    How unfortunate that you want to cancel your order, Mama! All orders can be canceled up to two days prior to the departure time of our bakery. Please contact us at contact@milkymakers.com to request a cancellation. Please include "Order Cancellation" in the subject heading, and include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation in the body of your email.

  • What is our return and refund policy?
    The Milky Makers do not accept returns and give refunds on any product unless the reason was an error on our part and we did not operate to our high standards, such as faulty manufacturing, packaging or processing failure. Please contact us at contact@milkymakers.com if this is the case. We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical fault, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information or errors on the part of our shipping partners - employees. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds for these reasons. However, if you believe that our shipping partners have mishandled your product, please let us know. We will submit a complaint to our partner on your behalf.

    We are so sorry to hear this, Mama! If you used a third party to make your purchase, please contact the third party regarding your order.
  • Do you use fenugreek in your food?
    Our sweets do not contain fenugreek. Recent research shows that fenugreek can have amazing health benefits, but it can also cause some side effects. These side effects may include: nausea, indigestion or upset stomach, body odor, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, and low glucose levels. The safety of mothers is a priority for Milky Makers. So we decided to use an alternative.
  • I have a severe allergy. How do I know if I can have your candy?
    The Milky Makers understand the risk of allergens and take great care to ensure that their treats are safe, hygienic and properly labeled.
